About Me

As a long time lover of sweets and art, it was only a matter of time before I ended up a confectionary artist!  From watching cooking shows to helping my mother in the kitchen during holidays, baking and decorating sweets, I have always had a passion for cooking and baking for as long as I can remember.  I also loved crafts.  Particularly, sculpting.  I would create everything from figurines and flowers to holiday ornaments. Then as a teenager, I worked in a frozen yogurt shop where I learned the proper way to icing and decorate cakes and quickly became in charge of decorating the majority of the shop's cakes.  Often, my creative side would get the best of me and I was frequently lectured for going off the set cake designs and creating my own.  However, they always flew off the shelves! As a young adult, I would always bake cakes and other confections for my friends' birthdays, showers, and other events.  As I tailored my craft, word spread and before I knew it, I was receiving orders!  

 

In addition to cakes and other confections, I have always had a passion for real estate and design.  I am not just a baker, but I am a REALTOR as well.  Both of these professions work hand in hand as I have an eye for beauty and style, a foundation of great customer service and communication, and ultimately help all of my clients make their dreams, whether a cake or home, a reality.

For the last decade,  I have been creating works of art, not only in design, but taste as well.
